Red Maeng Da is a classic, it's been in the kratom industry for centuries, known for it's strength and potent effects. It's a nice inbetween of the red bali and red sumatra in our opinions.

 

Our recommended dosage chart for most of our Kratom Powders (we recommend a lower dose with the Red Sumatra Kratom):

• 2 Grams is a beginner dose.
• 3-4 Grams is a moderate dose.
• 5-6 Grams for a full strength effect.
• 7-8 Grams for a strong dose.
• 8+ Grams for an extreme dose, or a very high tolerance individual.
